LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Browne warranties Thermalloy® Stainless Steel to be free of defect in material, manufacturing and workmanship for the life of the product.

COATED PIECES

Browne offers a 90 day warranty on all coated pans and fry pans. This includes all coated products in both the Thermalloy® and Elements brands. Warranty is void where products have been abused or misused. Minor variations in materials and color are normal. Browne shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from the use of the product.

FOUNDATION COLLECTION

5-Year Limited No-Chip Warranty
Browne offers a 5-year limited no-chip warranty on the rounds and ovals from the date of delivery. Conditions apply.

CUISIPRO

Cuisipro products are designed to deliver high quality, exceptional function and creative design. Cuisipro items offer a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defects from the date of purchase. This warranty will be void if the product fails due to misuse or non-compliance of the general use and care.

NATURAL WOOD PRODUCTS

Browne does not offer a warranty on natural wood product. In order to prolong the life of natural wood products, follow the instructions in our Care and Handling section.

ONE YEAR WARRANTY

Browne warranties, for a period of one year, to repair or replace any product it distributes (except as listed above) in which material, manufacturing or workmanship is deemed to be defective when the item has been used normally and care instructions have been followed.
